Series 88 VCD Sequencer Advanced PM & Setups

Objective:

This online course is designed to provide a Level 2 background of the Series 88 VCD Sequencer Machines. This level 2 includes a review of the machine sequence of events and continues with preventive maintenance. It ends up with the main setups of the machine in a sequence that can be followed by engineers and technicians.

Course Content:

This course is composed of the following lessons:

Lesson 1: General Specifications.

Lesson 2: Parts and Functions with Sequence of Events.

Lesson 3: Maintenance Prerequisites.

Lesson 4: Preventive Maintenance.

Lesson 5: Tool Kits.

Lesson 6: Machine Setups Part 1.

Lesson 7: Machine Setups Part 2.

Lesson 8: Machine Setups Part 3.

Duration of the Course:

You will have 30 days to complete this course.

Course Availability:

24 hours - 7 days a week

You can access the course at any time during the duration of the course.

Evaluation:

You must complete each lesson’s assessment at the end of the following lessons:

1. Assessment – Lesson 1: General Specifications.

4. Assessment – Lesson 4: Preventive Maintenance.

You will have unlimited attempts to complete each assessment.

A minimum Final Average Grade of 80 is required to complete this course and receive a certificate.

Ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse/trackball to navigate in a windows environment.

At least 1 year of experience on the Series 8-88 machines

or

Completed the online course “Series 88 VCD Sequencer Operation”
