Overview
This online course covers advanced topics or tasks for the Fuzion machine that might need to be performed by an Advanced Operator. Students will start with an overview of basic machine hardware, learn more advanced changeover tasks, DTF Operation, NPI, and basic error recoveries. Seasoned operators, technicians, and engineers should take this class to get familiar with the machine or reinforce their current machine knowledge.
Course Content
This course is composed of the following lessons:
- Lesson 1. Broad Overview of Machine Systems.
- Lesson 2. Product Changeover Tasks.
- Lesson 3. Direct Tray Feeder (DTF) Operation.
- Lesson 4. Validating Feeders.
- Lesson 5. New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Lesson 6. Error Recovery.
- Lesson 7. Splicing Feeders.
Duration of the Course:
You will have 30 days to complete this course.
Course Availability:
- 24 hours - 7 days a week
- You can access the course at any time during the duration of the course.
Evaluation:
You must complete each lesson’s assessment at the end of the following lessons:
- 1. Assessment - Lesson 1: Broad Overview of Machine Systems.
- 2. Assessment - Lesson 2: Product Changeover Tasks.
- 3. Assessment - Lesson 3: Direct Tray Feeder (DTF) Operation.
- 4. Assessment - Lesson 4: Validating Feeders.
- 5. Assessment - Lesson 5: New Product Introduction (NPI).
- 6. Assessment - Lesson 6: Error Recovery.
- 7. Assessment - Lesson 7: Splicing Feeders.
- You will have unlimited attempts to complete each assessment.
- A minimum Final Average Grade of 80 is required to complete this course and receive a certificate.
